my poor skin... still not sure what the rash was.

sun burned.... ouch! 

arm finally healed most of the way!
amazing how living outside gets you tan and I went down 2 pant sizes! ;-) guess that is one way to loose baby weight! drink lots of water, walk a ton, stay in the heat, carry around a 10lb weight, and let her nurse often because of need to stay hydrated in the heat.

    That would do it all right! Not everybody can create that set of circumstances, though! Or would want to! Kevin had a very similar rash that lasted (still isn't gone) over a week. He said it itched badly and yet it really didn't look like poison ivy. And it didn't spread. It looked like some sort of insects were involved though because in the rash were a lot of little bite bumps (like yours). If you figure out what it is, please let us know! Glad yours is healing; his is too.
